During our "No Sweat Intro" you will sit down with one of our coaches to discuss your goals and figure out what is the best way for you to get started at BPF! We realize each person is unique and are starting at different points. Some people may be ready to jump right into classes which is great! Others may want a more personal approach and look to start with personal training. Whatever option you're interested in we will make sure that you're headed down the right path!
